Tango Inform Zoom 3-week series

In this three-class series, we will explore and practice exercises from all 6-sections in Tango Inform; Feet, Legs, Hips, Core, Spiral, and Embrace. Each class will begin laying on the floor and proceed to standing explorational exercises and practicing drills to enhance our physical knowledge and presence. There will be time each class for Q&A in our small group. I am excited to explore the material further with you in this format.
